Refund Policy

After purchasing cards to use, you can only request a refund if you match the criteria listed below. Anything else is not regarded as a legitimate justification for a return.

Rule 1: If you have approved the card but have not yet received it. You will get a refund if you are qualified if your card hasn’t already been credited.

Rule 2: You may ask for a refund if you do so within 3 to 7 business days of sending your money. If the product or service was supplied legally, it is not possible to ask for a refund.

Rule 3: Only specific items may be returned for a refund; the entire order cannot be returned. Cards that are pre-loaded are not covered by the return policy. In exceptional circumstances, we might be able to offer a 50% refund.

Rule 4: If the claim is legitimate, the claim fee will only be reimbursed. Processing charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be given out following information verification. It takes patience.

Rule 5: If you pay someone with money from your wallet, you are not entitled to compensation even if the transaction is inaccurate. Additionally, money withdrawals from your account are final.

Rule 6: Your account will receive credit for the deposit as a reimbursement. No payment method will ever be utilized to repay the money in any way.

What should I do if my order hasn’t yet been delivered?

If one of your orders doesn’t arrive a few days after completion, I’ll let you know. If you don’t get any benefits, you’re entitled to a refund.
